Cole Classic

Cole Classic was held on Sunday 3 February 2008

Australia's premier roughwater swim. In 1982, Graham Cole, the founder of Australia's premiere roughwater swim, had an idea for a challenge, not a race. In 2005, the Cole Classic moved to Manly. The event is now organised by Chris, Nick and Walter Cole together with Manly Life Saving Club and a team of dedicated volunteers.

From the 1km Nippers and Novice Challenge to the 10km Manly Swim Challenge there is a swim for people of all levels of capability. More than just a swimming race the Cole Classic is now a Day at the Beach that includes all the, theatre, fun and festivities that goes along with any day at an Australian beach in high summer.
